+^ Revised    | Recognize stagnation or shutdown when inner/outer demands are hard to hold together.|
+^ Expanded   | When emotional demands become overwhelming, you may shut down, withdraw, or feel stuck. This stagnation can signal that your inner experience and outer circumstances have become difficult to hold together—not that you’re failing. The first step is to notice the shutdown and recognize what needs space, care, or a change in approach.  |
