| Revised | Give the feelings time and attention before deciding what they mean. Curiosity can help you understand them without demanding immediate certainty. Stay curious about the feeling and what it may be connected to. Understanding can emerge gradually; uncertainty does not mean you are doing it wrong. |
| Expanded | Your emotional experience may feel unfamiliar, contradictory, or hard to explain. The surreal room suggests being in a recognizable inner landscape that no longer follows its usual rules. You may be learning that old labels or assumptions don’t fully describe what you feel now. Putting new understanding into practice can bring feelings that don’t fit the old self-image or familiar explanations. Some may be contradictory, surprising, or difficult to name. This is an invitation to explore what is present—including feelings or needs that have been overlooked—without forcing a quick interpretation or judging yourself for having them. |
